Sterling Products provide a competitive nationwide rental service. Many of our customers find this a cash efficient way to get equipment and also keep it up-to-date by taking advantage of up-grades.

Making regular monthly payments and static costs is very important, as is the knowledge that service and risk is ruled out. Sterling Products can tailor a rental package specific to your requirements and this can include ‘outstanding offers’ linked to
chemical supply for use with your equipment, something which is probably unique to Sterling Products.

Service and Support Option
All Sterling equipment sold has the option of full service and repair contracts. Our team will ensure your machine’s scheduled servicing takes place on time. Almost all break-downs, are covered*. Engineering support is arranged on a next-working-day basis.

As with Rentals, this option has the great advantage of knowing your outlay for maintenance and repairs.

Repairs and Back-up Service
As a minimum, in the event of break-down or problems out of Warranty, Sterling Products can offer their customers a comprehensive diagnosis & repair service. Both are chargeable and can either be carried out ‘back-to-base’ or ‘on-site’. Replacement machines are available (subject to availability) while your machine is being repaired.
