Dispatch Times

We despatch all orders within 2 working days, if there is any reason that we cannot dispatch within this time, you will be notified by telephone or email. Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and not time of order.

Out Of Stock Items

While every effort is made to ensure the website reflects our current stock levels, there may be occasions when a product is purchased that is no longer physically held in stock, if your order contains any items that are not in stock then you will be notified by phone or email prior to dispatch to discuss how you would like to proceed.

Late Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period then please contact us on 0121 557 0022 so we can contact the couriers to see where your order is and when to expect it. Our couriers are usually very reliable on delivery times but nothing is perfect and there are sometimes genuine reasons for late deliveries.

Damaged Deliveries

Please check your order thoroughly on arrival, damages must be reported to the delivery driver and recorded as such. If in doubt then please refuse to accept the order and we will dispatch it again for you once confirmation is received from the courier. If we cannot confirm damages with the courier, this may lead to us being unable to replace any damaged items.
